Entry Into Usa By Means Of Purchasing Property
Hi folks, someone mentioned a way of getting into America is to buy property and rent it out and this way you get into America a lot quicker than the usual channels and also buying into a small business would also be quicker
any knowledge of these proposels would be greatly appreciated.

There are several ways to immigrate to the US. Owning property is not
one of them.

Buying into a small business isn't, either. Investing $1M (and hiring at
least 10 Americans) would work.

Buying or building an apartment building complex might work. You'll
need at least $500,000 to $1,000,000 in investment capital, and plan
on hiring at least 10 new, full-time, regular employees (not
contractors!) to operate the business.
This immigrant visa is for employment creation by entrepreneurs, so
simply purchasing an existing small business without expanding or
merging it with another and increasing the number of employees by at
least 10 would be required.
