If any neighbor of mine makes a nuisance of him/herself, I'd take it up with the management office, regardless of whether the neighbor is a student or not.
It's more of a matter of the property being sold as luxury - obviously not that luxurious with all those students around. It made the pool much busier and not as nice to hang out by, and the same of the common areas and pool tables etc. Not my idea of luxury - before all the students arrived it was much easier to take advantage of the facilities as most of the people who lived there were professionals with other commitments.

Thanks - we're really looking forward to moving. I've wanted to live in a house for so long as I'm so fed up with apartment living.
