EAD issued, San Jose CA
Yesterday I received my EAD card at the San Jose office with no problems. Here is my timeline:
July 15/02 - Attorney mails in my AOS packet
July 16/02 - INS receives packet
July 23/02 - Attorney receives the INS receipt dated 07/19
Aug 06/02 - Attorney receives my EAD appointment letter for Aug 20th at 1.45p.m.
I arrived at the INS office at 1.30 pm. was out of there at exactly 1.55 pm.
Now we are waiting for the interview which will approximately be in another 5 months. So far so good....INS San Jose has been very efficient of late.
