DS-2001 Not in Use Any more at London US Embassy!
New procedure for notifying the Consulate that you are ready to go!
Immigrant Visa Applicants
If you have completed the online immigrant visa application form DS-260 for each person applying for an immigrant visa and you are in possession of all of the documents required in support of their application, you should complete and return by email the Notification of Applicant's Readiness Form.
