Driving car/Cellphone/Dog on lap = STUPID
Manhattan NY. Just witnessed a bloody idiot, driving a Merc 320, talking on a Cell phone & a medium size dog on her lap. What the hell goes through these peoples minds. I can't believe any cop in UK would not stop them & chuck the book at them.
RAY, she had Florida plates, maybe you can keep an eye out for her. I'll leave the decision to use the Magnum or Winchester to you.

that's quite common here..lol usually the folks just steer their ve-hicle with their knees...best i've seen was a woman talking on her hand held cell while feeding her baby with a bottle... oh yes and driving all at the same time..so clever

My boss back home in England used to drive a manual, so he would be changing gear, talking on his mobile, smoking a cigarette & talking with me all at the same time!!! It was pretty scary, but he was always so busy!
This was back when using your mobile while driving was legal. Funny thing is, he used to be a cop, so he should have known better (as I'm sure he realised how dangerous this was), although I just think that made him think he was above the law somehow! He used to drink & drive too.
