As a poster today pointed out, INS requests you to answer N/A to a question but then you get the package back because the correct answer was either NO or NONE.
In an effort to help you cut the risk of RFE's from the Service Center, some very thoughtful, helpful and kind people years ago set up the FAQ for that visa. Go there. Read the entire thing. It is a wealth of information and might save your weeks or months in waiting time.
