Do you think Beckham has a GC?
I was having this discussion today at work. Do you think he (and the missus/kids) have a GC or visa?
Any thoughts on what type/category?

Green Card. National Interest or Person of Exceptional Ability.

Nope...we were sat next to Roger Daltrey at the US Embassy in London...May 1996...he was waiting for his visa interview along with everyone else.

They fall under EB1 if I am not mistaken, and will get a GC within a few months.

If he gets a GC he has to pay US taxes. I wonder if he might play under some sportsman visa or something else.

"O" visa is what they get if they come and work here - extraordinary ability but not GC.
