Do i need to bend over and just call Abtran?
Hello. I applied for a renewal on a passport ages ago. I got a letter back within 2 weeks asking for some more information which i promptly sent. Post Office records show that it was received and signed for about a month ago. I have not heard anything since then. Is this normal or is it taking too long? Do i just need to accept the hand fate has dealt me and get ready to pay $2.60 a minute to Abtran?
