As soon as it was learned the Brown shooter was Portuguese, you knew Trump would be onto it. The casualty? The DV lottery program.

Is the President supposed to have that power? Isn't DV created by legislation? Of course the Supreme Court will probably side with him regardless I am just curious.

Not surprising at all!! Of course, we all know that born and bred Americans don't commit any crimes here - only immigrants (according to Trump anyway).
