Its highly addictive if its being abused. Opioids have the odd effect that when they're used for short term pain relief you don't get addicted.

Yeah, well, pregnant mommies are the contents of their tummies first and foremost and how dare she presume to have a brain or an opinion or a right to be informed and treated like a real human. For Christ's sake get lawyered up and get her and the baby home as soon as you can so she isn't a target of the same abusive system again, with a record of contact against her.

The problem is that you don't give pregnant women Ibruprofen because of the cardiac risks to the baby.

Are we talking the US or the UK here? In the UK, that message is there to comply with RIPA and allowing the call to be presented in open court, as Pulaski said earlier.

In the UK, there is absolutely no law that prevents you covertly recording a call and then publishing it for the world to hear if that is what you wish. It just can't be admitted as evidence in court.

..in the colours of which country do you think? The poster is clearly Jamaican British, sorry, 'English'. Why he's got a 'wife' living in another country giving birth to his child, and they're not together is just beyond me.

We're both right.

Given Jamaica's status as a former British colony, I'd say if the OP is a Jamaican national living in England, that makes him pretty British, despite his wish not to consider himself as such.
