I am desparate. My partner from Scotland, has been here for 28 yrs legally but was arrested by INS on friday and will sent to the Louisana Detention Center tomorrow for a deportation hearing. He had a misdeamer charge about 4 yrs ago which he plea bargained out of desperation. I need information and need to find an immigration lawyer in louisana. please help! Kaja
