I am an United States Citizen by birth. I have lived in USA for my first 4 years and have lived in my next 2 years in Australia and the next 15 years in India. Now i have been living in USA since 3 months.
I have met my fiance in India and have been to the same school for last 4 years.
I have decided to go for the Direct Consular Filing procedure in India after marrying him in India.
I have few worries regarding this....they are
1. I have heard that the United States Citizen should be a domicile......to qualify for the DCF....Am I eligible?
2. I would like to know how fast I can go through the whole procedure....
