Not all of us!

But that does sound interesting Babz. I can see the monetary advantages of such a setup, and the educational advantage that a student could get out of uni at a younger age and begin their careers. But you have to balance that with letting the teen still have somewhat of a life and some fun while still in h/s.

Oh absolutely I would't want him to miss out on what is left of his childhood - after all he'll have many many years of working life ahead of him. We will wait and get all the information and obviously see how he feels about it before making any decisions. It's just an interesting option that I had never heard of before.

I think high school, as I knew it, has changed considerably! High school diplomas are not enough, so the push is on to make sure the kids are pushed into becoming mini adults. Still, I think it sounds interesting and should be there for the kids that are ready for it, but not all of them are.
