Default CSI - Vegas or Miami

CSI is one of my fave shows.....Im not sure though which one I prefer?

I am more familiar with the Vegas characters, but on the whole I think the Miami murders are more involved and interesting.

What d'ya think?

Navy CSI is coming next week, then apparently they have in the pipe line

Kindergarten CSI
CSI Boise
CSI in that little town across the bridge and up the hill
Cracker Barrel CSI
CSI ICU VIP FAQ ASAP RSVP UCLA
ISC (for dyslexics)
Porn CSI (lets not touch the suspicious liquids people)
Queer Eye for the straight CSI
Monday night CSI (with Howey and Madden)

Personally (out of LV and Miami) it has to be Miami because Emily Proctor is beautiful and I like David Coruso. I do like Mark Harmon so I am looking forward to Navy CSI.

Las VEgas is the original and the best. I just can't warm to the Miami investigators.

...but your reasons have nothing to do with the show itself!

1st reason refers only to the location.
2nd reason: the theme music

So, if there's a children's program set in Fla with theme music from Led Zepp, you'd be glued to it? Say, "Barney (the purple dinosaur) Living it Up in Miami".

Zep??? The CSI theme is "Who Are You?" written by Pete Townsend and performed by The Who....

Definitely the original is better. CSI Miami is a yawnathon.

Default Zep ???????????

I am obviously offended by that as well,

The original is "Who are You" from the 1978 album
of the same name.

and the Miami show of course uses "Won't get Fooled Again"
and if you don't know who did that one...

CSI Vegas, because its one of my fave cities. and I cannot stand David Curoso(sp), the loser who wanted too much money when on NYPD Blue because he thought he was a the star, so they canned him and all his movies flopped I dont watch CSI to often though.

They are both good all though they have annoying habits of doing stupid things like finding a piece of evidence and just lifting it up without chalking it, numbering it, and photographing it. yes i am pedantic but without doing those things how do you prove where you got it in court? this is years of criminal law practice coming out now. i suppose as a defence lawyer they are both good becasue they all make so many errors that you would never get a conviction on their evidence which would come apart in court.

But if i have to choose i like Miami for Emily Proctor because a woman like that, with that accent and an extensive knowledge of guns is my dream girl!! although thinking about it she is lot like my wife only blonde not brunette. LOL

regards,

Duncan

defintely Vegas. Not sure if you agree but Miami tends to be well OTT on the gore front. As if they're trying to aspire to Vegas's success with some shock tv techniques. The characters aren't as good as Vegas either.
I'm and avid fan and the first is still the best IMHO.

Only caught it once (not sure which one) but the acting was only marginally better than Thunderbirds. Couldn't belive they are claiming this is the most watched show?? Give me Petrocelli, or Jim Rockford any time.
