CSC only moved 3 days in 2 weeks?

Good morning!
I'm just wondering, after reading the CSC JIT dated 3/30/01, they only moved 3 days in 2 weeks? (I'm comparing it to the prior reports, where they were moving along more swiftly). I'd lose my job if I moved that slow. I wonder what the delay is due to? Or is that a misprint? And if the CSC is not updating the recording regarding a person's approval, then why don't they tell us that in advance so I'm not wasting time and phone expense, calling to see when our petition is approved? Does anyone have any ideas?

Our timeline with CSC was mailed Nov. 30, first NOA Dec. 11/01, approval Jan
3/01. Pretty speedy considering all the vacation days in December
