OMG.... I am salivating right now. The thought of an Ivor Dewdney pasty has thrown me into nostalgia. I remember queuing up outside Ivor's (in Cornwall Street?) for ages to buy a fresh cooked pasty..... and it was like manna from heaven!
Best I've come close to over here in Oregon is some poor immitation shipped from Canada for sale at a "brit" restaurant (run by an expat from Northampton who tries to look like HM Liz) ....it was foul..... still salivating... this may be worth moving back to Plymouth for!
