consultants charge between 2k to 4k.wats d difference.
are there less chances if u go thru a consultant who charges less.

Typically consultants charge more depending on how hard it is to get you your H1 visa.
Judging by your post, I'd budget ~$25,000.

Come on, guys, give the girl a break - we all have to start off somewhere...
I would stay clear of any 'consultants' who promise that they can get you an H1b. Read up on what is involved (see below), and also check out the H1b information at www.uscis.gov
