How can K-3 petitioners contact the Missouri Service Center to get status updates? It appears that there have been some K-3 approvals, but many folks who applied as soon as the regulations were published about 2 months ago are yet to receive the second NOA. Does this have anything to do where the original I-130 was filed, or is there no consistency in the approval process? If the only way to contact Missouri Service Center to get status updates is thru regular mail, that is not really helpful given the current unfortunate situation due to Anthrax. The 800 number on the 1st NOA is not really helpful.
