I'm watching it with the 3 year old. She thinks it's a race and that the queen is going to hit the other boats out if the way.
My folks are in London and met Camilla and Charles on their way down Picadilli. Camilla said she was on her way to the queen's boat but she wasn't sure where it was or what time she had to be there.

Much of the UK is dull and overcast, with misty, windy conditions prevailing in many areas, with fairly widespread rainfall across the country. It is also very chilly for the time of year with temperaures varying between +8C and +12C maximum.

The Queen is dressed in a white outfit top to bottom and in keeping with the occasion her hat is studded with real diamonds. True to form the Grand Old Lady has often refused the offer to sit down on her Blood Red Throne on board ship. She is only 86 after all.

Were In London right now :D

Just got back to our hotel and were soaked through, we never got to see the flotilla due to the crowds on Battersea Bridge. Had a great time though the atmosphere was fantastic and it made me proud to be British. I'll post a couple of crowd photos when I dry out.

I've been watching live online on the BBC. It's nearly done and has been amazing! She has to be exhausted standing there so long.
