What hapend if you have a conditional residency and you a divorce or separation occurs bettween you and your spouse.
how does that affect your status?
what to do in that situation.

If you are merely separated and the time is ripe for the filing of the I-751, you must do so as a couple I believe. If you are divorced, you can file for the removal of conditions immediately upon dissolution of the marriage. You will still have to prove that the marriage was entered into legitimately.
