Oh well, I'm off to see the new 'Bridget Jones' movie tonight with a girlfriend but I'm not too optimistic about that one either (hubby came back from London on Friday night and the UK newspaper reviews weren't very enthusiastic - it fares poorly compared to the first movie). Still, there's bound to be a few laughs for sure.

That's just jude Law for you , he's kinda cute but he's just way to much of a soppy romantic git , he's way to girly for me i was curious if he could pull of the roll but i guess not, i've never seen the original though...probably never will
i hope Bridget jones is good i'm dying to watch it i absolutly loved the first one!! enjoy your movie night Englishmum

Last night at Wal-Mart we bought a "CyberHome CH-DVD 300" DVD player. The cost was $38.76 plus tax. DH just hooked it up to the TV, went online at http://www.dvd365.net/?hacks/hacklist.htm where he selected the appropriate player (DVD 300) and followed the instructions to configure it to multi-region (Code 0), and it's working perfectly ~ plays both our UK and US DVD's!!

(I think it may have been on BBC America but I rarely watch this channel anymore because of all the stupid adverts and weird programme schedule). I've just spotted that the complete series 1-5 is available on http://www.amazon.co.uk so I think I'll be adding that to the Xmas pressie list my husband always asks me to compile!

I haven't heard of this; is it a new film or out on DVD?
It seems that Fergie/Duchess of York wants Hollywood to make a movie based on her life:
