Do all copies of birth/marriage certificates have to be certified????? Or can regular photocopies be submitted????

You can send copies of certified documents. Remember certified means that the birth certificate, divorce certificate, marriage certificate show the registration marks of the city/county/state filing office. You are free to send copies but be sure that the filing marks and/or seals show clearly.
