California driver license
Hi...i have a question that i hope someone can help me with. I have a friend
who has past the 150 days waiting time for processing for assylum. He has now
applied for a work permit but it may be some time before he has a social
security number. Is it possible to get a driver license without having a
social security number?

California requires the SSN for a drivers license.
