I admit it Im a complete ponce when it comes to food. I cant stand all the shite fast foodery garbage...nowt better than good home cooked low fat grub.
Infact my dinner tonite was Boiled potatoes done in a little parsley and pepper, grilled fresh salmon drizzled in lemon juice and olive oil with steamed brocolli and cauliflower with a sprinkling of vegetarian parmesan... it was bloody gorgeous and only 540 calories for a plate full.
