Brits in Southern Ohio
HI Everyone! I moved to Chillicothe, Ohio last summer and just recently got my green card after getting married on a K1 visa. I have heard one or two British accents when out and about but would love to know if there are any more Brits here in southern Ohio. Anywhere between Columbus and Cincinnati, or even Athens way!

Hi,
I live in Dayton and work in Cincinnati; so, close but not that close. If you head over Cincinnati way, check out Jungle Jim's international food market - there's two of them in Cincy. It's where I get my Cadbury fix along with Bisto, English bacon and Marmite.
Some great bands visit Columbus and Cincinnati; I just bought tickets to the Black Keys.

Not a 'Brit', but Scottish. Moved from Glasgow in 2016, living in Northern Kentucky, work in Cincinnati. There's a few festivals each year here and a few people from home have made connections online from meeting locally. Met a few folks from home at a concert last night in Cincinnati actually.

I also work in Cincinnati, actually a couple of miles away from Jungle Jim’s. I stopped by the other day and it’s pretty well stocked with the British stuff.
I live in Indiana. Just a few miles from the Ohio state line.

We used to only buy meat from one place, just outside Dayton in Englewood called Landes Meats. They have their own farm plus buy from Amish farmers. Once we started buying there never bought from another place again when we lived there, the quality is that good and worth a drive, They used to be open only Wed through sat. They have a few other products as well.
