Default British Pub Quiz

Mrs Rompers is hosting a Brit pub quiz for some friends and yours truly has been tasked with producing the questions. I know there are loads of web sites that do this but I wanted to tap into the endless reservoir of intelligence, sophistication and wit that is BritishExpats.com

Best Brit pub quiz questions below please (remembering that they have to be answerable by Americans )

I thank you.

How many native born Americans fought at the Alamo?

(I'll have to dig for the correct answer. Many, if not most, were 1st generation immigrants).

Notice the question similarity you are hosting a quiz night in a british pub but all the questions are American ... hahaha

you should ask a question like how many sq ft is the UK made up of.
no Seriously you are going to have to think like an American and ask yourself what do the Americans know about the British.. LONDON, QUEEN, BEATLES.

The furthest from the sea you can get in the Uk is

a. 240 miles
b. 200 miles

I suspect the answer would come as a shock to many Americans (its d)

I need help with some of the false answers to " a snog is a..."
