British Consular Services - new customer feedback system launched
We have launched a new on-line customer satisfaction survey so you can provide feedback on our Consular Services.
If you've received assistance from a British Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate recently following a death, hospitalisation, arrest or detention, child abduction, serious crime, sexual assualt, or received other services such as an Emergency Travel Document or notarial service, or if you've spoken to our staff at a Consulate for general assistance, then we'd like to get your views here: https://www.snapsurveys.com/swh/surv...k=130692057459
I should point out that the survey doesn't include the Passport or Visa services which are not part of the Consular Service and have their own mechanisms for gathering feedback.

What about advice for UK Citizenship? You have been a great source of information, thank you, and I have put in my packet last week which was sent off to the DC. Thank you Dean for your help with all of my questions! Is there a place on this survey for this kind of help?
