Luckily, something that Mrs.R does not fear. (Well, more warm than hot)

i (still) have a uk capital one card and asked them if they'd transfer over to US and they said no can do...company policy..however when i asked them if they'd give me like a reference as i'd always had a good rating with them they obliged. that was 4 yrs ago, best bet is to ask maybe their policy has changed now.

Hey Trubrit, I thinking about a career change, whats it like being a trolley dolly? Is it as bad as being a waitress/maitre d ? (I've done both)
I think I'd look good in uniform and I fancy wearing make up again, I never wear any these days.

No, they won't. Capital One US and Capital One UK are separate groups under the same umbrella. Capital One US employees do not have access to Capital One UK accounts, nor vice-versa.

In fact, if your Capital One UK credit card is lost/stolen in the US, you have to call Capital One UK to report it, NOT Capital One US. If you call Capital One US, they will simply give you the number to call Capital One UK. I had this happen on a couple of occassions.
