Best way to contact sick mother in UK NHS hospital

Wanted to give you guys/gals an update. My mother has been diagnosed with high grade non-hodgkins lymphoma which has a good cure rate. She is going to start Chemo tomorrow.

Luckily, she was moved to an oncology ward that has a cordless phone that you can call. I am know able to chat to her every day and try to make her laugh. Will continue our daily calls so as to help keep her spirit up as she deals with this cancer and chemo.

Thanks for updating us. I am pleased to hear your mum as a highly treatable form of the disease...I wish her good luck with the treatment.
