Baseball starts tomorrow.
Woo Hoo. Its also time for those in the fantasy league to start setting their line ups.
Go DBacks!, although I think it will be the Yankee's, Red Sox or Angels year. I didn't go to any spring training games this year, but I already have 6 sets of tickets for the DBacks, starting next weekend against the Dodgers, 20 rows back from the dugout.
If you don't like baseball, don't post if all you have to offer is "baseball sucks" etc, etc.

This wasn't suppose to be a thread where I or anybody else has to justify our liking for a sport. I'd have posted it in the sports forum if I'd wanted some wise ass replies.

Not at all. I have come to watch and like the game. Last seasons World(?) Series I thought was excellent viewing and would fail to see how any sports loving fan could not agree. Certainly beats watching Engaland play soccer.

So is anyone's team going to be recognisable since last season?
I really haven't followed the pre-season and don't really know who the Red Sox's managed to keep or replace...so it could be interesting...I hope I'll be able to at least recognise a couple of the players...they kept big pape Ortiz at least, didn't they?

I'd like to get to a Cardinals game this year.Enjoyed the World Series even though they got their butts kicked.
