yeah its blue cross blue shield or something that i had with a previous employer.

free pair of glasses each year, $10 for doctors and cheap dental. pretty good value.

my friends in the UK complain about the cost of US health insurance yet they piss away about $1000 each month in their local boozer.

Isn't COBRA going to run out for you though? I thought there was a time limit, then you'll have to convert it to individual, if they offer it to you.

Or has something changed?

yeah it runs out in a year, but i have another great insurance company to work with then. could be cheaper though.

It was 18 months when we were offered it...can't remember the cost...I left my husband to look into it when my sons cover was stopped with our INS company...need I say he never did it..you can't leave men to do anything...:curse:
