B1/B2 visa with ** Does it imply anything?

B1/B2 visa with ** Does it imply anything?
My new B1/B2 visa stamp has a similar look to most common tourist visa except mine has (**) underneath my picture. It's my curiosity since my last B1/B2 visa which has been expired (valid for 5 years) did not display this ** underneath the picture.
Does this ** mean or imply anything at all ??
For your info, i got this new B1/B2 visa valid for 10 year without interviewing. Of course, that was the time before 9/11. Thanks
