I am a UK citizen (legal alien resident in the USA). I am trying to sell my property in Spain.
I have a PoA document (to give power to someone I know well in Spain) to be signed by a Public Notary here in GA. Where do I need it to go before it gets to Spain?

Is this where it needs to go? US Department of State or the Secretary?

I have always found that the local bank branch has a notary who can witness your signature, now what Spanish law requires I do not know.
