Dear Group

Does the I-129F form has an attachment? At the lower bottome of the webpage -
http://pages.prodigy.net/alixtcat/forms/supplins.htm
OR for details you may go to:
http://pages.prodigy.net/alixtcat/forms/step1.htm

you could see a doc titled Attachment to Form I-129F containing 14 questions.
My question is, i don't see this document as attachment in the INS I-129F downloadable form. Does one has to answer these 14 questions and attach it to the I-129F?

Thanks!

Download the form directly from the INS website at:

You do not need that attachment. Your petition will be approved as long as you cover
the bases on the I-129F instructions (and they do not mention that attachment) .

Ben

Yes I did. D/L the form from the INS website I gave you. When you d/l the form you will also d/l the instructions.

Believe that constitutes an answer. How to get the complete form (instructions included) and these instructions will tell you if you need the attachment or not. When we filed the I-129F there weren't any official attachments to the petition.

If you read my page that you quoted, it is clear:

Here is a list of supplemental instructions for Fiancé(e) Petitions (supplins.htm) as
given to a relative when they were contemplating the K-1 process in 1992. The
instructions still hold true. I suggest you read them at least once.

I can't make it any more clear than that. Yes, you should be able to answer the
questions. It is NEVER referred to as an "attachment"

There IS an attachment to I-129F that YOU make up, it is in order to answer Question
#19. But has nothing to do with the SUPPLEMENTAL instructions you quote.

Read a little more carefully, in fact, let the US citizen take care of getting the
I-129F and forms filled out and sent in.

Thanks guys for your responses. I appreciate it.
The problem with my case is that the US citizen concern is not resourceful enough on how to go about the I-129F. He don't want to hire a lawyer either. He instructed me to do the research. So what shall I do? Just follow i guess!
Thanks!
