Are there any expats in Westchester (NY) area - specifically in the Scarsdale/White Plains sort of area - that fancy meeting for a beer sometime or that have kids and fancy meeting up for the kids to play etc etc.
Just moved in and would be good to meet some people in the area.

I know the feeling you have ! .... I was like that when I first came here. One day diving up I-87 I passed another driver with a British flag on his truck and we got talking, he lived within 80 miles of me, which isn't far by these standards. He and I tried for two years to arrange a booze up but only ever passed in a respective trucks and chatted on the CB. Now the guy has moved to GA and for the first time we got together for a coffee at a truck stop in MA last month............ You'll find a lot of ex-pats tend to keep them self to them self. ........... I'd meet for a drink but White Plains is too far away.

Where is white plains? I'm in Syracuse, Ny which I have a feeling is nowhere near you as I haven't heard of it.

He is just north east of NYC .... a few hours drive from you Blaze. ... a few hours drive from me also.
