There is a deadline for responding to the RFE, so I wouldn't leave it for too long.

He should get a letter from the temp agency, if that's where his paycheck is coming from. Perhaps between the two letters, his employment scenaro will look better.

Yeah, we intend to include the first and a second letter if they'll write it.

With the Stockholm Embassy being so slow lately, maybe the interview won't be scheduled before then anyways.

For immigration purposes a 'permanent' job means more than a 'temp' job, which is sure to be not acceptable for I-864.

Where in between will a 'temp-to-hire' job fall? It will probably depend on the particular case officer. For josda, we'll find out soon enough.
