Default Anyone in PA, DE or MD????

Hi

I've been here in the states for just over 2 years now, just sent in the I751 forms to remove the condiotns on the GC (here's hoping that goes well although I'm not worrying about it) but am yet to meet anyone else from the old home country UK. In fact I met more people while I was in CA than I have here on the east coast.

I'm in Newark DE, anyone close???

Graham

At least until we toddle off to the motherland, (sooner rather than later - don't wanna waste the money on the I-751)!

I don't live that far south but ................ I have some English friends who live in Easton MD and went in a nice pub in the village centre there once with them to find the bar staff were English too
That can't be far from you.

Call me curious if you like. Do u (or anyone else) know of any good deals on flights out of Baltimore or DC (Dulles or National Reagan)? Always seems to be more expensive than flights out of NYC airports. My mother is about to celebrate her 70th birthday and I want to do something special in honour of her great achievement (quite a few kids, grandkids, etc.). I would like her to celebrate this occasion with her best friends back in the UK. Oh heck, maybe I should book a trip to NYC, then fly out of JFK! Stay a night in a local hotel and breeze off to our final destination.

Hiya. I'm in south central PA so pretty far from DE. I haven't meet any Brits since being here either.

Depends when you want to go and how flexible you can be, what do you consider cheap? I just got back from the UK - it cost me just over $400 with Virgin. Having said that I need to go back at the end of May and it looks like it is going to cost about $600! Is it really that much cheaper via NY to justify 4+ hours getting there and the cost?
