I am engaged to marry a girl who lives in Brazil. I will be returning to
Brazil for three months later this year.
Is it better to mrry while I am ther, or do the fieance vise to bring her
here first?

My wife is from Brazil also. We filed K-1 and married here in US after her arrival. I think that is the best way. It worked out great for us. I visited her 3 times over a 10 month period while we were waiting for her interview in RIO. She is from Sao Paulo. She had never been to the states before but she spoke fluent English which helped allot. I suggest you file K-1 and marry in the states. She has a daughter which is here with us as well. It was very smooth process for us as we had all of our documents accurate and complete. If you would like to e-mail me i will be happy to help you any way i can in regards to information and experience. Just let me know. Good Luck !!

Re: Anyone know anything about Brazil?
I have done this also. I met my wife in Brazil, married there and did the
DCF route. This is usually more expedient and she entered the US with CR-1
(Green Card) and no subsequent AOS process for 2 yrs to get the residency.
Marriage in Brazil was a bit of a challenge, but none the less, do able.
