Anyone been over visa AND married
Hey,
my situation is apparently fairly uncommon, so getting answers to questions is tough.
Has anyone came over from britain for a holiday / to visit b/gfriend and then overstayed visa, got married, and adjusted status and been able to stay without getting into trouble, deported?
How difficult is it to AOS (i have been told, visa violation is forgiven once married to USC).
I marry this week, then begin paperwork.
I'd love to hear from any similar situations.
