Sarah,
Hi Sarah!

Let us know when you arrive in Colorado Springs, and we'll make sure we get together with you. CO is a great place to live!

The group that usually meets fairly often has been a bit slack recently - I'm travelling a lot, and one of our number is in the midst of retiring from the USN, and all kinds of other things. We need to get back to our usual cadence of meet-ups.

We went bowling a couple of months ago, which was great fun. We probably should have started earlier, because there were some children there who flagged pretty quickly. It was great to meet tea42pls and brit-ish - who both post here.

I was going to host something at my house for St. George's Day, but I'm supposed to be flying to Germany on Saturday night (which now may not happen, obviously). Maybe we'll try to pull something together in a few weeks.

You can reach me on [email protected] or with a PM on here.

Regards,
Ben

I have just been in Colorado Springs, now in Denver. Will there be any kind of St George's Day celebrations going on anywhere?

I was going to have a St. George's Day party at my house, but I had to fly to Germany, so we'll probably have it at some point in the next month...

After the monstrously booze-laden few weeks I've had in New York and Hannover, I might have something non-alcoholic!

Hi,

Anyone in Northern Colorado - Fort Collins area? Do folk ever get together up here? Would really like to meet some female expats - the only folk I ever seem to see are hub's colleagues. I know there's a Denver meetup group but I am in no way capable of driving in Denver yet!

I'm down in Longmont; there are some pats here but don't really meet up. There is sometimes a Boulder area one but I plead the 5th about it... I don't bother to attend those, if they do them anymore.
Denver driving isn't all that bad!!
