Hey I live in dallas, tx but over to miami again on vacation and decided to see what goodies they have in the way of foreclosures to invest in. Would be interested to meet other expats who are RE investors or realtors.

Can usually be found loitering in the Global Realty office of downtown plano, tx.

As a side note i'm keen to find a good jazz bar or comedy club in this city....i'm terrible I know. Just so damn busy and travel too much and Deep Ellum was a thorough disappointment!!

Anyway always up for a meet up. Frisco Square ( new footie stadium ) pubs are gaining weight on the radar....pretty decent.
