I agree they're a little difficult to get hold of if there's a problem, but I've bought masses of their stuff over the years and I really like most of it, given the fact it is buget stuff it's great.

I remember the time I bought something and the instructions were missing, I called and they emailed me a pdf of them. Very kind!

We got a kitchen unit from Ikea, with some parts duped and some parts missing. We called them using the number from the website and they mailed us the missing parts free of charge. BTW the number we used was for the local store, which is 20 minutes from us. I just looked it up again, and found it in about 2 minutes.
