I love Lufthansa, the crew are great, as are Emirates, I have never had a problem on Continental or AA, my son fell on our last flight back to England he cut his head, the crew were amazing, a bit shocked that I told them what I needed and where to get it, but they were on the ball.

I have to say we make the flights what we want them to be, just remember politeness and friendliness to all is a good thing, the Ground Staff and Gate Agents report to the Cabin Crew who are the a$$holes, so be NICE
