Default Advice

I just completed my biometrics last week for my green card renewal. I am nervous about my green card renewal being denied. I have never been in trouble and have paid my taxes. Am I just worrying for nothing? I have been in the USA for over 30 years.

Also, my case starts with MSC. When I check processing times for MSC, I do not see I-90.

Thanks

If you've been here 30 years, might be time to start considering citizenship.

You've listed nothing that would deny your green card renewal.

Thanks... I will look into Citizenship once I get the renewal behind me.

Do you have any idea about the processing time status for MSC? Do you know what the average time is right now to see a decision on my case?

Thanks

Unreliable figures here. Choose your appropriate service center and the I-90 is first one listed in the table.

You can apply for naturalization now -- you don't need to wait for the card!

If he's been here for thirty years, shouldn't he have renewed his GC before now?

They didn't used to have an expiry date. And anyway, your card expires but your status doesn't. If you're not traveling, it isn't that necessary.
