Karma is... nothing, but it's oh-so-important to little people like me who need to be told when their posts are liked.
How much Karma you give depends on how much karma you have. Someone with mucho-karma will add more to someone else's karma than someone with few karma-bars (like me - I'm better at picking fights on these boards than making people smile, I think!).
