Adjustment of Status
Hi all,
Does anyone have an idea how long it takes to process an adjustment of status based on an approved petition in New York City?
I would appreciate if someone who has an experience with this office to give me some advices.
It has been now over a year that i filed for AOS based on approved VAWA.

I'm in NY waiting on my wifes petition being approved atm, they are very slow, being one of the major immigrant POE's and all.

Post in alt.visa.us.marriage-based if you aren't already. Several
regular posters there have used or are using the NYC office. Most
readers there do not also read this group.

NYS is not adjusting status based on marriage to a USC

File for a renewal EAD - it is time to do so anyway. If they approve
your application and issue a new EAD, your adjustment application is
still pending.
