Lightbulb 401K to Super -> E-3 holders

Guys and girls,

Does anyone know if the 401K sum (in any form) is transferable to Australia? failed to find even one useful page on the Internet with a definite answer or experience".

Thank you in advance

Well, you can always withdraw the money and pay the 10% penalty and the taxes but there is no way that I am aware of that you can transfer the money outside of the US while still preserving its US tax deferred status.

What the others said, except, maybe, how old are you?
Do you want to close the door on coming back here?

Borrow to the max and take the cash with you. Of course, they might send a hit squad after you.
