Default 1st Noa Still Not Received From Vermont

About 3 weeks ago, my USC fiance sent off our I-129f petition to Vermont to start the K1 process. We still havnt received the first notice of action from Vermont yet...and I hear others getting this first part a lot sooner. Can anyone advise me how long theirs took or if they have had any such delays? We cant even call them because there doesnt seem to be a phone number to talk to them and now I am panicking that this will all take sooo long....

I wouldn't start to panic yet if I were you. Because of added security checks, I have
read that things are being delayed. An I-129F first NOA is probably low priority
right now. We went through NSC, and it took us about 3 weeks to receive our first
NOA, but it was actually dated for two days after we sent our petition. It just takes
them a bit to send out the piece of paper. Just hold on tight. Patience is a virtue,
especially during this process.

Good luck,

Angie

You should have received it by now. I received my 2nd NOA
from VSC last week and it took about 25 days. Check out
