working on change-of-status... canadian child wants to attend high school in US
My husband's work visa ran out(Canadian citizen), we married and are in
the process of filling out all the forms for his US green card. But
his 15 yo daughter wants to attend her last year of high school in the
US, and live with us!! I really don't want her here, but besides that,
would she even be allowed to do this? Especially if my husband doesn't
have his status adjusted by that time, Aug. 2007. Any help is
appreciated! Thank you!!
