I am filling form I-765 with Newark office of INS. The instructions of the form ask
to file Form I-765 Signature Card allong with I-765. Do I need to file it or it is
not necessary because I will have to fill it out at the interview anyway? If I do,
where can I get one (can I get it over the Internet)?
